Returns & Refunds
At Izumi Tea, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of tea and food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- and photos where possible
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or faulty.
