15g Miyazaki Kamairicha - A specialty of Kyushu, this pan fired green tea from Gokase is warm, roasty and refreshing with an intensely vibrant golden liquor.

15g Okuyame Fukamushi Sencha - An excellent deep-steamed (fukamushi) sencha from the misty hills of Okuyame. A blend of Yabukita and Tsuyu Hikari, this tea is rich in umami with a rounded, natural sweetness. The deep steaming produces a vivid, full-bodied liquor with a smooth, almost silky texture.

15g Yame Sencha - This exceptional tea hails from Yame in Fukuoka prefecture, one of Japans most prized growing regions. Comprised of Yabukita and Saemidori cultivars, expect a complex and umami rich tea with subtle, lingering sweetness.

Plus a little something to help you brew the perfect cup.

Store somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Left unopened, these teas will last for 6 months. Once opened consume within 6 weeks for maximum freshness.

All teas in this set are grown with minimal pesticide use and carefully managed cultivation practices. Each tea is produced in accordance with strict agricultural standards and complies with EU residue limits.
