We aim to pack and dispatch all orders carefully and as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Izumi Tea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier, though we will always try to help resolve issues where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents where possible.
